We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any features, databases, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Violation of Amazon's policies while using our Services may result in immediate termination of your Hannibal Hub account without prior notice or liability.

5. Amazon SP API Usage

Hannibal Hub integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP API) to provide our services. By using Hannibal Hub, you understand and agree to the following:

• You authorize Hannibal Hub to access your Amazon seller account data through Amazon's SP API on your behalf.
• You acknowledge that this access is subject to Amazon's API Terms and Conditions, which may change from time to time.
• You understand that Amazon maintains the right to limit, modify, or revoke API access at any time.
• You agree that we will only use the minimum necessary data required to provide our services.
• You can revoke Hannibal Hub's access to your Amazon seller account at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account or by contacting our support team.

6. Subscription and Billing

Hannibal Hub offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice will be provided via email or through our website.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Hannibal Hub, our licensors, or other content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Hannibal Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
